These terms govern your use of the Tafsir AI Android app and the tafsir.yalkynlabs.space website (the “Service”), provided by YALKYN LABS LLC, 22A Nairi Zaryan St., Arabkir, Yerevan 0051, Armenia (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use it.
Tafsir AI offers AI-generated reflections on dreams, drawn from classical Islamic dream literature (such as works attributed to Ibn Sirin and by al-Nabulsi) and the Qur'an, together with free bedtime features. Interpretations are for reflection and are not a religious ruling (fatwa), and not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. For important decisions, consult a qualified scholar or professional. And Allah knows best.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian.
You can use Tafsir AI as a guest; an anonymous account is created on your device. You may sign in with Google to keep your journal across devices. Keep your device and Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to: break the law or others' rights; submit content that is hateful, sexually explicit, harassing or that infringes intellectual property; attempt to bypass limits, payments or security; use bots or scripts to access or extract the Service; or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
Your dreams remain yours. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the Service to you, including sending them to the processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
AI can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Please use your own judgement and report any interpretation that concerns you from its result screen. If a dream or your thoughts worry you, or you feel in danger, reach out to someone you trust and to local emergency services.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms in the app or on this page.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on an interpretation, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to consumer protections of the country where you live.
